Thanks to a fellow blogger John McNally, I learned of the 100 comment challenge and I decided to start a viral video challenge. How this will work is you would create a video that is designed to get attention and blow up big on youtube, and you would upload it to your very own youtube channel. You would then comment here with a description of your video and provide a link directly to the video on youtube for others to check out. I will choose 3 of the best videos and stream them right here in this post for maximum exposure.

Why am I doing this?

Because I want to motivate you to use the power of viral video to grow your blog or niche sites. I want you to understand that there are major resources out there which will increase your chances of success as a blogger. The fact is that if you were to start utilizing YouTube for traffic today, you have a great chance of getting a 5,000+ increase in unique traffic over the next 30-60 days.

Think about video trending

What I mean by this is to see what is working out there. Take for example that crazy woman who threw the cat in the garbage can, and the next thing you know there is a viral video on YouTube of a cat throwing a human in a garbage can. Did you see that? Take advantage of trends out there, and use it to create your traffic.
